1. What MotoBNB provides
MotoBNB connects motocross and supercross riders with hosts offering accommodations, parking, RV space, storage, or other assistance. MotoBNB does not own or operate listed properties, book stays, collect payments, or provide insurance. Hosts and riders arrange stays directly.
Account or listing approval does not guarantee anyone’s identity, background, conduct, or property safety.
2. Registration and account responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use MotoBNB lawfully and respectfully. Accounts and listings are subject to review and may be suspended or removed for inaccurate information, unsafe conduct, harassment, fraud, or violations of these terms.
3. Host responsibilities
Hosts must have permission to offer their property and comply with applicable laws, rental restrictions, and association rules.
Hosts agree to accurately describe available space, amenities, limitations, charges, and property rules; disclose known hazards; and confirm arrangements with guests before arrival. Hosts are responsible for checking whether their insurance covers hosting, guests, motorcycles, vehicles, and related activities.
4. Rider and guest responsibilities
Riders and guests agree to follow the host’s rules, respect neighbors, and use only the areas and amenities the host permits. Guests must obtain permission before bringing additional people, animals, vehicles, trailers, or equipment.
Guests are responsible for their conduct and damage they cause. Each adult guest must personally accept any applicable agreement; an account holder cannot waive another adult’s rights.
5. Property and motorcycle rules
No riding, testing, engine revving, mechanical work, fuel storage, or motorcycle washing is permitted without the host’s express permission.
Guests must follow agreed parking, noise, fire, smoking, pet, and quiet-hour rules. They must handle fuel and equipment safely, clean up spills and waste, and promptly report damage or unsafe conditions. A listing does not grant permission to ride on the property.
6. Assumption of risk
Staying at or visiting someone else’s property involves risks, including falls, uneven ground, animals, fire, electrical hazards, vehicle movements, motorcycle equipment, theft, property damage, injury, and death.
I understand these risks and voluntarily accept the risks associated with my participation, including hosting or visiting a property and using permitted amenities.
7. Liability release — please read carefully
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release MotoBNB and its owner, operators, and personnel from claims for personal injury, death, theft, or property damage arising from my use of MotoBNB or arrangements made through it, including claims caused by their ordinary negligence.
This release does not cover gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
This agreement does not automatically release a host or guest from responsibility to another person. Hosts may require a separate property-specific agreement. Nothing here waives a minor’s legal rights.
8. Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Before confirming a stay, hosts and guests must agree directly on any charges, deposits, arrival and departure times, cancellation rules, refund terms, and damage procedures.
MotoBNB does not collect or hold payments or deposits and does not issue refunds. Payment and damage disputes must be addressed directly between the parties, through their payment provider, or through available legal remedies. These terms do not establish a blanket no-refund policy.
9. Personal information
Information you submit is used to review accounts and listings, operate MotoBNB, and support communication between hosts and riders. Information included in a published profile or listing may be visible to others.
Do not include passwords, financial information, or sensitive identification documents in public profiles or messages. Share private contact and location information only when necessary and with people you trust.
